Immersed in nature, the Aparthotel Rosa has 42 apartments of various sizes which are ideal for medium to long stays and for anyone who wants to enjoy the 3 health farms - the Termalija Spa and it swimming pools, Orhidelia Spa and Salute Olimia Spa, all of which are connected via an internal corridor. The lobby bar has a large terrace that looks out over the ponds and fountains, and there is also a congress hall which is part of the Congress Center Olimia, which can host up to 120 people and is equipped for training courses, receptions and exhibitions.
Via an indoor corridor, guests of Aparthotel Rosa can access some of the most famous thermal baths and spas that Slovenia has to offer. The Salute Olimia Spa is located in Hotel Breza, one of the most important spas in Slovenia for treating illnesses and providing recovery programmes for sufferers of muscular-skeletal system disorders. The Termalija Spa is an independent property that boasts 6000 square meters of swimming pools, over 1500 square metres of saunas (9 in total), a solarium, Spa & Beauty Centre, which offers various massages, hamam, face and body treatments and a fitness studio with Technogym equipment, and the Orhidelia Spa which also has indoor and outdoor thermal swimming pool, numerous saunas, and original architecture.
Aparthotel Rosa boasts 42 apartments that range from 33.5m² to 78m². Each apartment is made up of a living room, bedroom, kitchenette and a balcony that looks out over the surrounding area.
Aparthotel Rosa does not have an onsite restaurant but it is directly connected to two hotels, Hotel Breza and Hotel Sotelia, which both have restaurants that serve up specialities from the international and Slovenian cuisine. Aparhotel Rosa has an onsite bar that sells snacks.

The town of Podcetrtek, where Aparthotel Rosa is located, sits in a valley next to the Sotla river which divides Slovenia and Croatia. Places to visit near the Hotel include the castle, which probably dates back to the XII century but which was reconstructed in the XVIII century, the natural reserve in the castle’s grounds and the two nearby churches, St. Lawrence and the Virgin Mary on Sand. Further afield but still worth a visit is the town of Olimje, which is home to a famous monastery, a farming civilisation museum, Baroque churches and castles. The surrounding nature is also very inviting for those who enjoy doing outdoor activities such as excursions or walking.
